Site Optimization Manager

Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Site Optimization Manager to improve user experience and overall site conversion rate through A/B and Multi-variate testing and program management. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of eCommerce and works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Creative, Digital Marketing, IT and Production teams as well as external solution providers and will be joining us in our Fremont, CA corporate office.
Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage A/B testing roadmap that supports business goals and objectives and drives improvements in customer experience and conversion rates
•Drive end-to-end implementation of test and learn initiatives and communicate results, learnings and optimization plan to key stakeholders
•Spearhead the discovery and evaluation of new solution providers that will drive site engagement and conversion
•Lead implementation of new new solutions and experiences with cross-functional teams and external solution providers
•Develop and align on expectations and goals with solution providers to ensure relationship and programs deliver meaningful ROI
•Create and/or support the writing of well thought-out business requirements for new site experiences
•Own the analytics and reporting of results and insights of experiences and programs
•Participate in pre & post UAT process for all new site enhancements with eCommerce and cross functional teams
•Perform competitive analysis to come up with sound recommendations that improve customer experience and drive business growth
•Supports other eCommerce initiatives or projects, as assigned
