Product Manager

Seeking a highly motivated, strategic and experienced Product Manager to drive the digital and innovation roadmap, to define, build and launch new initiatives that transform the way we do business and how customers shop with us. You will work with senior leadership across the enterprise to explore and assess ideas that leverage our core competencies and competitive advantages to transform the consumer experience on how he manages his wardrobe. You will partner with business and engineering teams internally and externally to drive the product lifecycle including ideation, definition, prioritization and program management to meet key objectives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ideal candidate has a proven track record of owning and delivering large scale initiatives that is both transformative and useful from an innovation, usability and design perspective.
Responsibilities:
•Drive project work streams to identify and evaluate opportunities and priorities across all brands and channels
•Translate customer needs into business, product and user experience requirements
•Own and drive end-to-end product strategy and requirements, prioritize complex deliverables, drive requirement discussions and run all project meetings with cross-functional and external teams.
•Manage product lifecycle from beginning to end (definition, project management, implementation, testing, launch)
•Work cross-functionally with design, development and engineering teams from development through testing and launch
•Lead the development and management of the product management process and its integration across relevant groups and work streams
•Champion the operational activities necessary to solve problems including development of systems, communications and processes
•Manage proof-of-concept process and performance testing, validation and competitive analysis
•Provide guidance in the development of product roadmap including identification of key technology and solution gaps
•Partner with Director of Product Management and IT Leadership to drive ‘test and learn’ methodology across the organization centered around agile development and quick to market experimentation with new technology
•Support Director and various business groups to lead the design of insight-driven innovative strategies from identifying market opportunities to ideation through to experience definition and execution
•Assist in other areas as needed
