Tailored Brands is seeking an industry leading SEO Manager passionate about all aspects of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
•Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop SEO strategies and execution plans
•Oversee SEO for one or more of our Brand websites, managing the partnerships with the site team, IT, merch, marketing, and brand leads
•Must be a subject matter expert in all SEO areas (Technical SEO, Site, Content, etc.)
•Create a roadmap of initiatives to support strategic objectives
•Manage and oversee all SEO implementation including on-page optimization and off page optimization tactics
•Develop specifications for concrete recommendations and actionable tasks
•Create customized & targeted SEO landing page solutions to maximize effectiveness of Search campaigns
•Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities
•Work closely with IT to ensure alignment with SEO strategies
•Knowledgeable about all technical aspects of SEO
•Work closely with various departments on all major website changes impacting SEO
•Report weekly on the effectiveness of SEO and ensure positive ROI for each SEO initiative
•Review website data for keyword insights and SEO trends
•Proactively identify and offer solutions to reverse negative trends
•Develop, share and implement SEO best practices across multiple families of businesses.
•Manage agencies, vendors and in-house teams in all areas impacting SEO
•Be knowledgeable and on top of all the latest SEO industry trends
•Must have SEO Retail/E-Commerce or omni-channel experience
•Local SEO & Schema Markup experience is a plus
•Knowledge and experience with SEM/PPC is a plus but not necessary
