Digital Asset Systems Support Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Asset Systems Support Lead to join our Digital Assets Management team in our headquarters in Fremont, CA.
The DAS Support Lead is a full-time position, reporting to the Digital Asset Systems Manager in the Tailored Brands, Inc. Advertising Production Division. The Digital Asset Systems Management Team is organized between both IT and Advertising Production with regards to skillset, expertise and responsibilities. The role responsibilities consist of multiple production systems support, user experience support across multiple systems [on-set, remote access, creative, marketing, greater company], production database and records system support, and digital asset libraries management. Team Systems include an on premise DAM solution, a custom-build Photo Production Database Application, SAAS image host solutions, Content Management System, Font Management Systems, and issue/bug tracking systems- both internal and with vendors. The DAS Support Lead will both contribute to and lead with adherence to best processes and protocols for user support, systems support production photo set systems support, and asset management.
Key Accountabilities: Responsibilities consist of the maintenance, management and troubleshooting for the various team-owned digital systems [applications a+ hardware] and content contained within them. The DAS Support Lead will maintain the best processes and protocols for all systems. Candidates should display proven success as a key member of cross-functional teams; displaying the ability to work equally well with people in business, creative, and technical positions is a must.
Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Library Science or Media Production
• Strong knowledge of database builds and custom-built DAM systems
• Hands-on technical experience with asset library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of commercial web pages, media, or research
• Linux/Unix Shell Scripting & RHEL Experience is preferred
• Familiar with photography and video production workflows
• LTO Tape Storage Management Experience - Archival Tape Efforts
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products
• Strong knowledge of Mac OS Administration
• Experience with Capture One Pro
• Experience with Adobe AEM Product Family preferred

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, California corporate office with flexibility based on project needs
• Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to move objects.
