Immigration Analyst

The Immigration Analyst supports the design, management, implementation and communication of Tailored Shared Services immigration program. Provides expertise and consultation regarding immigration across the organization. Assists the Talent Acquisition team with various other projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
•Serve as a point of contact for all internal stakeholders; including sponsored employees, their managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition; and outside immigration counsel to coordinate day-to-day US non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) and immigrant (green card) related matters
•Educate and provide timely written and verbal updates to employees, HRBPs, managers, and recruiters as necessary throughout the visa processes-- always looking for ways to keep the business and employees informed and supported.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition & HRBP teams in hiring processes involving immigration sponsorship to support our talent strategy to hire and retain top talent.
•Work with outside immigration counsel to ensure full compliance with immigration laws and the accurate and timely processing of visa applications and other required documentation for all US inbound immigration and non-immigration matters.
•Assist in obtaining all required documents and information from internal stakeholders to provide to outside immigration counsel.
•Monitor immigration expiration dates and reach out to business managers to request approval to file for extensions.
•Review and sign all visa petitions, as required.
•Review and process vendor invoices and payments relating to immigration.
•Review and sign Employment Verification letters for sponsored employees when required for travel, Invitation Letters for Business Visas, and Experience Letters for I-140 applications.
•Create and maintain public access files.
•Establish and improve internal program processes to increase efficiencies in visa processing and other relevant tasks.
