We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to join Human Resources team in our headquarters in Fremont, CA.
The Director, Talent Acquisition will drive the development and day to day execution of the recruitment team while setting the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies for Tailored Brands. In addition, this individual will help to apply process and structure to the interviewing and selection experience both internally and externally facing to help identify best-fit talent in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Lead, engage, develop and retain recruiters and support staff team
•Partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop staffing strategies and initiatives for current and future needs
•In partnership with the HR Business Partners, define and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives for assigned functions and support HR initiatives and vision by function
•Ensure that the recruiting needs of the functional team are met while driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through monthly/quarterly reviews with the business
•Develop and execute recruitment processes and evaluate compliance regularly
•Strengthen the brand of the Talent Acquisition team by continuously delivering on expectations, and communicating successes and wins throughout the organization
•Build a recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline, that creates candidate flow and increases business partner involvement in the recruiting process
•Implement a sourcing strategy contributing to pro-active talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining and other relevant methods
•Leverage the applicant tracking system and employment website to maximize quality of applicant flow
•Support recruiting initiatives as needed in the areas of:
oHiring Manager and candidate satisfaction
oRecruiting results and metrics
oSelection and candidate assessment
oDiversity in the candidate pool
oUtilization of preferred providers as we contract with external firms
oFulfill service level agreements with hiring managers and business leaders
oSupervise, train and develop team members as needed
oManage projects and programs as identified/needed
