Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Assistant to join us in our headquarters in Fremont, CA.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support Corporate Recruiter
o Act as a liaison between the Hiring Manager and the Corporate Recruiter throughout the recruiting process
o Create employment requisitions and job postings in the office applicant tracking system (“ATS”)
o Post open positions via the ATS system and/or approved job boards
o Coordinate background checks
o Prescreen resumes for minimum job requirements and schedule screening interviews for Corporate Recruiter; conduct screening interviews as requested by the Corporate Recruiter
o Engage in professional and timely email and telephone communications with candidates, including sending letters of regret
o Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers during the interview process
o Assist with drafting and maintaining job postings
o Provide reporting on open and filled positions
o Provide administrative support to Corporate recruiter as needed
• Greet candidates from lobby and provide short tour of office prior to their interviews.
• Conduct Employee Onboarding and provide hiring manager support during the onboarding process
o Ensure that hiring managers know the onboarding process and how to submit tickets for computer access.
o Act as back-up facilitator for New Hire Orientations
• Assist with various projects as required
