Tuxedo Rental Processing Job Summary
OUTBOUND DEPARTMENT
PICKING/RESTOCK:
- RF Scan unit experience a plus
- Utilize printed picking tickets to pick, scan barcodes, and process hangered Tuxedo Garments (Coats, Pants, Vests, Shirts)
- Ability to sort and scan Tuxedo garments and place them into stock locations
- Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, overhead work at times
SORT TO RAIL/RESTOCK:
- Utilize Sort Measure Label (SML) labels to our stock rail system
- Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, overhead work at times
SORTER OPERATIONS:
- Move garments on rolling hanging rails (trolleys) through sorter.
- Monitor sorter lines for garments on hangers and trolley offload stations
- Operator at hanger detangle stations
- Sorter offload, manually assemble garments together to build reservations
- Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, overhead work at times
- RF Scan unit experience a plus
REORDERS:
- Very time sensitive environment
- System usage to run reports and batch processing
- Ability to learn Product Knowledge quickly
- Review printed reports to validate each item’s inventory status and location
- Picking reservations and reorders individually from stock aisles and/or other locations
- Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, overhead work at times
- RF Scan unit experience a plus
QUALITY CONTROL:
- Basic Computer experience a plus
- Scanning reservations validating correct items picked
- Ability to learn Product Knowledge quickly
- Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, overhead work at times
QUALITY CONTROL (QC) KICKS (Rejections):
- Process reservations into QC rejection racks via RF Scanning
- System usage to run reports and batch processing
- Ability to learn Product Knowledge quickly
- Review printed reports to validate each item’s inventory status and location
- Picking Replacement Items from stock aisles and/or other locations
- Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, overhead work at times
INBOUND DEPARTMENT
Breakdowns, Scan, Measure, Label (SML), & Clean Rental Shoes:
- Breakdowns – separating items from returned tuxedo reservations as they come back from the stores by individual garments, accessories, and shoes
- SML – scan bar coded tuxedo garments, measure sleeve/pant length, inspect and label each piece
- Shoes – clean rental shoes worn my customers
DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY PLANT
DRY CLEANING PLANT:
- Cleaners - Operate dry-cleaning machines.
- Pressers - Pressing equipment and /or experience in a fast manufacturing/production environment
- Inspector - Eye for detail
- Baggers - General labor
LAUNDRY PLANT:
- Washers - Operate washing machines
- Shirt Pressers – Operate shirt finishing equipment and /or experience in a fast manufacturing/production environment
- Inspector - Eye for detail
- Baggers - General labor
- SML Shirts– scan bar coded tuxedo garments, measure sleeve length, inspect and label each piece
Standard Tuxedo Requirements
