A day in the life:
Making
the customer experience an easy one: You are responsible for assisting
customers with placing new rental reservations and custom suit orders- this
includes updating existing orders, driving rental and retail sales to new and
existing customers, reviewing and troubleshooting customer and store concerns.
Communicating
with internal and external customers: Keeping our stores and customers updated
with order and reservation information in a timely manner- all while following
guidelines and procedures. Not to mention, building relationships with stores
and providing them with a product knowledge and an extensive understanding of measuring
fitting, tuxedo pricing, POS Systems and production – don’t worry we will teach
you all of this!
Bring your winning personality: Be an active listener who can show empathy while exemplifying professionalism and a positive attitude, listening attentively and demonstrating empathy to all customers and stores, using analytical skills to evaluate conversations and ask questions to clarify needs.
A few Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/French) a plus
Punctual, dependable and reliable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast pace work environment
Ability to find solutions and prioritize work
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
•Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended
periods of time
•Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
•Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
•Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and
manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
•Regular and on-time attendance
•Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Houston, Texas
corporate office with flexibility based on project needs
